Download for free: Epic is giving away Gone Home and Hob, the first to play on Mac
It would not be a good game week for Epic Games not to hurry with another free pack of games for its loyal fans. In addition, due to quarantine measures, developers try their best and serve us even more titles than we are used to. While we recently informed about the zombie butcher World War Z and the somewhat peaceful adventure of Figment, now the walking simulator Gone Home and the action scenic adventure Hob have got into the viewfinder of the company.

If you have already finished both of these titles and are eagerly waiting for your next batch, we have good news for you. The Epic Games developers didn't let us wait too long, and after an excellent previous week, they drew up two more games to keep us inside during quarantine. The first on the list is the walking simulator Gone Home, where after a year abroad in the skin of a girl Lennie return to a cozy home. The problem, however, is that there is no one in it, and we find ourselves inside a huge house alone. Something just does not fit all of us and it is up to us to interact with the environment, to look for clues and solve this mystery. Do not expect any fiddles and unpleasant pop-ups of ghostly enemies, and at Gone Home you will find honest work and a dense atmosphere that does not make any difference with horror titles. What's more, Windows 7, a 1.8GHz processor, 2GB RAM and a basic graphics card are all you need. Similar specifications also apply to Mac, where you can do with macOS 10.11 El Captain and higher. So head to the Epic Store and dive into a mysterious, devious life.

Equally important addition is the picturesque action adventure Hob, where you look at the first sight of a pleasant and relaxing world, but then we find that the people are quite brutal and uncompromising. So it is up to us to solve puzzles, travel the world and try to save the local creatures from darkness and chaos. Believe us, although Hob seems like a generic and quite ordinary adventure game, the graphic page will charm you and original gameplay also. You will be able to use a special hook, which you can pull almost anything and move effectively. There will also be a good bloodbath, which looks relative to the overall nature of the world quite inappropriate. So if you're afraid and don't mind some logical puns, don't hesitate and head to the Epic Store where you can download Hob for free. Windows 7, dual-core Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 500 or AMD Radeon HD 7000 series graphics are all you need for smooth gaming.
