Specifically, Apple recommends 200 kCal for individuals who don't move much, 400 kCal for average individuals, and 600 kCal for everyday athletes. You can then follow the progress of your movement goal in the activity circle, specifically it is represented by red. In addition to it, however, there is also a green and blue part in the circle, which represents exercise or standing. Until recently, you could not adjust these two options, however, this option is finally available.

If you want to change the daily goal for movement, exercise and standing on your Apple Watch, then this is not complicated. Just follow these steps:

It is necessary to mention at the outset that you need to have watchOS 7 installed to set daily goals.

If you meet this condition, move to your home screen on your Apple Watch.

Here you then need to press the digital crown to move to the list of applications.
Then find and tap the Activity app in this list.

Once you do, you will be on the middle screen with the share.

Swipe from left to right to move to the left screen called Activity.

Then you need to go all the way down, where you click on Change destinations.

After clicking, all you have to do is use the + and – buttons to set the goal of movement, exercise and standing.
Confirm each destination setting by pressing the Next button, finally click OK.

If you have watchOS 6 and older installed on Apple Watch, you can only change the daily goal of movement in the above-mentioned way, the possibility to change the goal of exercise and standing is missing.
