In this window, move to the section called Security and Privacy, where in the top menu, click the Privacy tab. Once you have done so, go all the way down in the left menu, then just click on the Analysis and Improvements tab. Here, in the right part of the window, just uncheck the option called Siri Enhancement and Dictation. You can then exit the system preferences.

So you have disabled sending data from Siri to Apple's servers. However, this does not mean that you have deleted from the servers all the data that Apple collected before this deactivation. Fortunately, even this data can be easily deleted. All you have to do is go to System Preferences again on your Mac or MacBook, but then move to the Siri section. Then simply click on the Clear Siri History and Dictation button. Finally, confirm this option. This also successfully deleted the Siri data that Apple had stored on its servers.
