Huawei Nova 5Z: official with Kirin 810, 4 cameras and price from € 202



In the past few days the Chinese manufacturer had leaked a lot of information about the Huawei Nova 5Z. Today it was introduced by Huawei in China. With the Nova 5 the mobile range reaches six along with the Nova 5, Nova 5 Pro, Nova 5T, Nova 5i, and Nova 5i Pro.



The Huawei Nova 5Z has a design similar to the Nova 5i Pro, namely front and rear glass with a metal chassis in the middle. There is a hole in the screen for the selfie camera, behind the fingerprint scanner beneath the four cameras.


The phone has a quad camera system, which includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a wide angle lens, a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The selfie camera reaches 32MP and sits in a hole in the upper left corner of the screen. Of course, the device runs EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie and is powered by the 7mm Kirin 810 chipset. It comes with 6GB of RAM / 128GB as well as an 8GB / 128GB version. Both variants can accept nanoSD cards.



In general, the Huawei Nova 5Z is almost the same device as the Nova 5i Pro as mentioned. The Nova 5i Pro comes with an 8GB RAM version and 256GB of storage. The device is immediately available for pre-order through the online Tmall store. The first wave of sales will start on November 1st at 00:00 local time. Prices for both versions are € 202 and € 228 respectively .
