According to the Taiwan Electronic Times, Apple will release three new iPhones in the second half of 2020. The report also says that the total shipments of this series could reach 110 million to 120 million devices. This is mainly because analysts expect that the release of the iPhone 11s will trigger a trend of device replacement for previous model owners.
The last big wave of replacement Apple iPhone devices was in the era of iPhone 6 / iPhone 6s. In July this year, Apple officially stopped production and distribution of the iPhone 6 series on the world market. According to statistics, total sales of iPhone 6 models exceed 250 million pieces. This remains the largest series of shipments in the iPhone family.
Analysts believe that the iPhone 11s era will be similar to that of iPhone 6. In addition, 5G networks compatibility will provide an additional incentive to replace iPhone. The iPhone 11s, iPhone 11s Pro and iPhone 11s Pro Max to be released in 2020 will all be 5G compatible. This series will use 5.4-inch, 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch OLED displays. Of these, Samsung Display will provide 5.4-inch and 6.7-inch OLEDs, while LG Display will provide 6.1-inch OLED displays.

Earlier, according to a report by well-known Apple analyst Guo Minghao, the iPhone SE2 will arrive in early 2020 with the A13 chip. It will have 3GB of RAM and eliminate the 3D Touch. It will start at $ 399 and is expected to come as an upgraded replacement for the iPhone 6 and 6S series. IPhone 7 and iPhone 8 users are the ones who will upgrade to iPhone 11s and 11s with 5G.
