Lenovo: launches gaming smartphones line called Legion
The enormous profits of the gaming industry have driven companies to produce their own line of handsets specifically for long hours of gaming with powerful processors, large batteries and device overheating solutions. BlackShark, Nubia Red Magic, Asus ROG, Razer, iQOO are already on the market and we have news that a new proposal is coming. We're going to see a phone under the name of one of the most popular computer gaming series: Lenovo Legion. The company will follow the example of Asus as we see which did the same with the ROG line of computers and accessories.
The company uploaded a picture on Weibo of the brand, which confirms the release of its first gaming smartphones and its name. It has also confirmed one of its features. The Lenovo mobile will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, as confirmed by the advertising poster.

Unfortunately, there is no more information about this, nor the date of launch of this device. Rumors want the phone to come with UFS 3.0, LPDDR5 RAM and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Of course none of these features can be confirmed but they are typical for gaming smartphones this year as they always come with the best hardware on the market.
As we have the best to say about Lenovo laptops we expect an extremely high quality device. We do not know if there will be a partnership with another company as the company has no experience in flagship, despite being the largest manufacturer of laptops in the world. We'll also see Android 10, some kind of gaming mode and possibly a range of accessories like controllers and heat sinks.
We will keep track of developments and keep you updated.
