Galaxy S20 FE price and more

Really, almost everything about the upcoming Galaxy S20 FE – Fan Edition – was already known. After we first revealed the battery capacity and the cheerful colors, press images and almost all specs followed. Yet at least one aspect remained a bit of a secret: the price.

An early published device page at provider Orange in Slovakia briefly showed not only the specs, but also the price of the Galaxy S20 FE. Separately it must cost € 699. Note: that is the 4G variant. The 5G version will likely cost a whopping $ 100 more.

Moreover, Evan Blass also managed to hijack the necessary material from a prematurely published pre-order page. Not only the well-known specs are confirmed there, such as the 6.5-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. We also learn that the S20 FE has an IP68 rating, so it is water resistant and dust proof.

The Galaxy S20 FE can fast charge via cable with 25 Watts, but you can also charge it wirelessly. Moreover, Samsung's DeX software is also available, and can be used wirelessly via Miracast. This details confirms that the device not only runs on Android 10, but also has One UI 2.5.

Release date: October

Next Wednesday – September 23 – Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. The release itself will probably follow in October. It is already certain that he will come to the Netherlands. Whether we get the 4G or 5G variant here is less clear, but we are betting on both.
